Company knowledge and agents for daily work
Each domain combines your company’s operating knowledge with AI agents assigned to that area of the business. They use your rules and connected records to prepare work and flag issues that need your team’s attention.
What each domain holds
Company DNA is built first because every other domain applies its principles and approval limits. After that, start with the area where knowledge is most concentrated in a few people.

Optional · any orderPrepare a shortage response with the full context
Stock records show what is available. Supplier knowledge establishes when more can arrive. Operations connects the shortage to a job or customer commitment, so a buyer can review the proposed response.
- Connected records and approved rules supply facts and decision limits.
- Captured team knowledge explains conditions the records may leave out.
What needs review before WO-01247 runs short?
Prepare an expedited-delivery inquiry for the buyer to review. At 15 units per week, 47 units cover about 3.1 weeks. The four-week job plan needs 60 units, 13 more than stock, while replenishment takes four weeks. Ask the supplier to confirm an earlier delivery before Operations revises a dispatch commitment.
- INV-4410-B · Connected stock record
47 units available, with no open purchase order for additional stock.
- WO-01247 · Operations job plan
15 units per week for the next four weeks. The planned fourth-week dispatch depends on material availability and final release.
- Supplier window · Captured from the purchasing manager
Allow four weeks for replenishment, including dispatch time. The supplier has not confirmed an expedited delivery.
The buyer approves the supplier inquiry. Operations checks material availability and capacity before confirming any revised dispatch date.
Build around the work your team needs
Choose agents and connections for the operation in front of you. Available work depends on the configured tools, relevant records and each person’s access.
Capture and structure
Record how your people work. Turn their knowledge into documented facts, rules, processes and context for them to review.
Connect relevant records
Connect the systems needed for the chosen work, with access scoped to the roles that may use it.
Validate and test
Your team validates the knowledge. Test configured agents against real situations, starting with draft-and-approve.
Deliver and keep current
Bring drafts and exceptions into daily review. Approved recordings, system changes and outside information keep context current; people approve policy and process changes.
Discovery starts the work
Discovery takes three recorded sessions per domain, except Operations and Sales & Marketing, which take four. These are discovery counts, not total deployment durations. Delivery scope and timing depend on the selected work and connections.
Draft-and-approve is the default. Any separately governed autonomy must follow the authority your company has explicitly established.
Let’s start with one recurring problem.
Bring a difficult handoff, recurring exception or missed follow-up. We’ll explore which knowledge and prepared work could help your team handle it.
